This is the plain-English version, because that's how we do everything. When you ask us for a free diagnostic call through this website, you hand us a little bit of information so a real person can call you back. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what we do and don't do with it.
When you fill out our diagnostic request form, we collect only what you type into it:
That's it. We don't run advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or third-party scripts on this site, so we're not quietly collecting anything in the background.
One reason: so a real person from our team can call you back to look at your problem, tell you what we find, and let you know what a fix would take. The free diagnostic call is the whole point of the form, and your answers let us walk into that call already understanding the shape of your issue.
Your information goes into our customer relationship manager (CRM), GoHighLevel, which we use to keep track of your request and manage the call-back. That's a service provider acting on our behalf to run our business — not a party we sell or rent your information to.
Beyond that, we only share information if the law requires it (for example, a valid legal request), or if it's needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.
We contact you by phone and email about your request — to reach you for the diagnostic call and to follow up on what we find. That's the extent of it. We don't add you to unrelated mailing blasts, and this form does not sign you up for text messages.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never have and we don't plan to.
Depending on where you live (including under California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
We won't treat you differently or deny you service for exercising any of these rights.
We keep your information only as long as we need it to handle your request and our ordinary business records. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we're required to keep something to meet a legal obligation.
We limit who can see your information and access our systems through accounts we control. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your details as something to protect, not to spread around.
To ask what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted, reply to any call or email you receive from us, or reach us at privacy@theaimechanics.com. Tell us what you'd like and we'll take care of it.
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. The current version always lives here.
